Hawks Nest Subdivision

May, 2011

Hello Hawks Nest Owner,

I am pleased to announce that the 2011 Hawks Nest Budget has been approved by the Board of Directors. The new Home Owners Association dues will be $403.78 per year. This fee covers some of the items associated with general maintenance and upkeep of the common areas throughout the subdivision. In addition, we will begin grading and spreading additional gravel on all the roads from lots 1 - 92. This will be completed by May 2011, weather permitting.
